From Hatchery
to Harvest:
The JA Method.

Every step guided by one principle: uncompromising quality. From selective breeding to final packaging.

1.Spawn
2.Raise
3.Sustain
4.Harvest
Step 1

SPAWN

Selective breeding begins in our hatchery. We choose our finest broodstock and carefully manage spawning conditions — water temperature, chemistry, and feeding schedules — to produce the healthiest fingerlings possible. By selecting for disease resistance, growth rate, and flavour quality at the genetic level, every fish we raise is destined to be exceptional.

Step 2

RAISE

Our fingerlings graduate to pristine, well-maintained ponds with a carefully formulated, sustainable feed regimen. We maintain low stocking densities to reduce stress. Our feed is balanced to promote healthy growth, rich flavour, and firm texture — without any antibiotics, growth hormones, or harmful chemicals. What the fish eat, you eat. We take that seriously.

Step 3

SUSTAIN

Sustainability is built into our operations from the ground up. Our water management protocols minimize waste, our farming footprint is continuously monitored, and we work to ensure our activities strengthen the local ecosystem. For our snail farming division, this involves carefully controlled environments that mimic the snails' natural habitat — optimising moisture, shade, and feeding to produce the largest, healthiest Giant African Land Snails possible.

Step 4

HARVEST

When our catfish reach peak condition, our team carries out a careful, hygienic harvest. Each fish is processed in our clean facility, inspected, and prepared to specification. Whether live catfish, freshly smoked fillets prepared the traditional Ghanaian way, or fried catfish — every product undergoes rigorous quality checks before it reaches your table. This is our promise: consistent quality, every time.
